If you're going to The Grand Canyon, the official Route 66 town of Williams (just to our West) is known as "The Gateway to the Grand Canyon." Visit Bearizona, Grand Canyon Railway, Deer Farm, Sunset Crater Volcano, Arizona Snowbowl, Meteor Crater, Walnut Canyon, the Red Rock Country of Sedona and its Oak Creek Canyon, Out of Africa, Camp Verde Railroad, Havasupai Falls, Grand Canyon Caverns, Antelope Canyon or Horseshoe Bend. We sit at the virtual center of all these wonderful destinations.
The Loft is nestled into 40-80' Ponderosa Pines offering direct hiking access to the Spring Valley and its big pond at the foothills of the Sitgreaves Mountain Range. Endless hiking & mountain biking in the trees. 4wd roads galore. Bird watching. Lava River Cave adventure just East.
At The Loft, you’ll be staying far from local cities. The Loft is a separate, secured living area above 3 empty bedrooms (future 4bd rental) with a full kitchen, hand-carved hardwood aspen, heated Queen bed, deck off the Master Bdrm, new wood stove with free firewood. The expansive suite has a private balcony, breakfast bar, dining nook and includes all kitchen ware and utensils, salt, pepper & some spices stocked for your convenience.
This property was initially developed in 1990 by the Wrigley Family (Chicago Cubs, Wrigley Chewing Gum). Known as “The Wrigley Ranch.”
The Loft is the perfect place for a weekend getaway in the forest. Whether you’re looking to beat the heat of The Valley, Havasu, or Vegas, or for a serene trip, a romantic getaway, or an adventure vacation, or even a honeymoon, this is the place. You'll love the "no air conditioning needed" comfort of The Loft. Open, crack or close windows to adjust your room temp. Free amenities include split firewood (wood stove) & 12 pcs of firewood (fire pit). BBQ tools included.

PROPANE/GAS BBQ is available to you for your exclusive use. FIRE PIT ready for you, unless bans are put in place by authorities. Bring your firewood or buy here ($10 per 12 pcs).
On site we offer horseback riding, 4WD Tours, and Target Shooting at add'l cost. Meet our horses, goats, ducks and chickens and enjoy this historic ranch in the forest!
