This is one of the cutest trailer parks I have been too. Think 70s vintage inspired . They have free range chickens so you can eat all the eggs you would like . They also have a vintage kitchen to cook in. Along with a large outdoor eating area. 730 am coffee was a great way to start the day. They also offer free laundry and ice . Our daughter lives in town and we will be back!!

What a fun spot in Tucson! Site was great and we loved the clubhouse/patio area with vintage items all around. The pool was cool and welcoming - as were the hosts, Toni and Karl. Movies after dark and coffee in the morning and music playing in the clubhouse! It was relaxing - a great place to come back to after a day of exploring.

Wonderful place! I absolutely enjoyed my stay there- Toni and Karl were so welcoming and friendly. El Pais is so unique- it's like Palm Springs meets Meow Wolf- the creativity and artistic expression is fantastic. The free hot coffee mornings in the outdoor lounge/patio is so nice, and eggs are stocked in the vintage fridge. The free laundry is a huge plus. And as funky as it is- it is still totally professionally maintained, clean and orderly. Highly, highly recommended!

This place is amazing ! We booked for 1 night and ended up staying for 4. As young female travelers not only did we feel so safe, but also so welcomed here ! We have been traveling for a month, and this was our favourite spot by far. They take great care of the beautiful property, and it is SO FUN ! Toni, Karl and crew were so kind. Such a hidden gem ! I cannot wait to come back !!

The host was super friendly and helped me get settled right away. The amenities are great, especially free laundry. I felt really safe in this location and road noise wasn't an issue.

I really like El Pais. This was my second time staying there. The communication is good, staff on hand at arrival was good and I love the overall vibe. However, the giant RV coupled with tow vehicle overwhelmed the van parking area and was a bit of a buzz kill. I expect to see those big rigs at Cracker Barrel or rv parks not at El Pais. I left a day early.

I could not have been more satisfied with my stay at El Pais. The owners don't just love mid-century design-- they have nearly committed to it as a lifestyle. Even the fully functional oven was mid-century. I spent some time in the clubhouse den marveling at the vibe and the feeling, transported momentarily to another era. Pool was awesome, and I loved the musical selections (easy jazz in the morning, classic rock 'n roll in the afternoon/early evening). Slept extrordinarily well considering I was tenting in such an urban environment. And who doesn't love free coffee? A unique and memorable spot. Definitely recommend to those looking for a place in Tuscon.

El Pais Motel is a magically, playful & nostalgic place. Great host, friendly, helpful and considerate. This place is equal distance from the East & West Saguaro NP, which turned out to be awesome! Visited the West NP, came back to El Pais for a jump in the pool to cool off, then off to the East NP for more hikes & to catch a beautiful sunset. 10/10 recommend!

We stayed for several days. Karl greeted us when we arrived & walked us to our spot. Then we settled in & headed to the open air coffee/patio area while a movie was playing over the pool. The bathrooms/showers were spotless. Coffee was hot & available from the pot every morning. We were in our truck camper & rather than pack up to do things, we'd just get an Uber to our destinations. The campsite is gravel with supplied grass pad. The other campers were respectful, quiet & fun to interact with. It was nice to be able to get out & walk to the pool & soak our feet. It's not heated so it was too cold in Feb. It can be loud during the day with the military planes flying & training overhead. At night there's a hum of the highway but it's just white noise to me. I would imagine in the summer it could be quite hot cause the only shade is by the poolside. I'd stay here again.

Very cool retro campground with tons of awesome antiques! The owners put a lot of work into making it cute and making guests comfortable and you can tell they love their little property! Very worth the money considering all the extras you get for free (firewood, filtered water, coffee, bathroom access, pool and movie screen, disco ball on the patio and so much more!) Had to leave a night early due to an emergency and was very sad to go so soon! Will be staying again on the next Arizona vacation 😄

Chill place to stay. I liked the vibe here and felt very comfortable. There are tons of places to hang out filled with vintage furniture and interesting vintage finds. I appreciated the hot coffee every morning and the fresh eggs in the fridge. The only downside - there are only two bathrooms, which seems like it’d be sufficient but it was not infrequent that there’d be a wait to use them since they are normal home bathrooms with toilets and showers, and you might have to wait on someone to finish a shower when you have to go. A separate toilet or portapotty would help.

I love the vibe at El Pais. Everyone is very friendly & welcoming. The common areas are clean and attractive. The bathrooms are spotless. The filtered Berkey water is delicious. The van/RV spaces have a nice amount of room to have an area to kick back. It feels safe. I love that they are dog-friendly. The nightly gathering at the fire pit is really sweet. Last year I had trouble with some fragrance in the clubhouse, so this year Karl had the cleaners use vinegar for cleaning during my stay, and it helped so much!!! I appreciate the compassion and willingness to accommodate me. I look forward to staying there again!!

What an absolutely fun and unique place to stay! And all the extra free amenities (even eggs, a full working kitchen, free coffee!) were such a treat. Great owners and a personal welcome! You need to see this place to truly experience it!
