Step into your mountain hideaway, a cozy log cabin surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. Watch deer wander through the forest, hear the wind dancing through the trees, and take in endless mountain views while relaxing in your lounge chair. Morning coffee, afternoon reading, or an evening glass of wine all feel magical here. It's the perfect spot to disconnect, breathe deeply, and let the beauty of the Prescott National Forest fill you with calm, joy, and a little adventure. A Prescott National Forest trailhead is just down the street, and other hiking trails within the forest are a short 5-mile drive up the road. The cabin is equipped with everything you need for a luxury camping stay. We supply: • All bedding and pillows • Towels and washcloths • Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a first aid kit, and a hair dryer • Toilet paper and tissues There isn't a full kitchen; however, there is a: • Microwave • Keurig coffeemaker with starter coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer • Toaster • Outdoor grill with a grilling spatula and tongs • Knife set for preparing meats and vegetables We also supply starter paper plates, paper bowls, plastic utensils, and napkins. There is also a cutlery set if you prefer not to use the plastic utensils. A television and Wi-Fi are included in the cabin.The cabin is located across from a residential home where the host and her husband live. The hosts strive to provide complete privacy to guests. The cabin has it's own guest lounge area, overlooking the Prescott National Forest. Guests can walk around the seven acre property, but please note that a full-time resident lives in another cabin on the property, and privacy should be afforded to that resident. The property is extremely quiet and peaceful, perfect for adults, 25 years of age or older, who are looking to unplug, relax and unwind. Downtown Prescott is a short 4 mile drive away if guests would like to try local restaurants and entertainment.
