Enjoy world class hiking, mountain biking and bird and wildlife viewing out the front door of this peaceful and private glamping escape. Our fully furnished 2022 camper includes a queen-sized bed, full kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with a shower. There is an outdoor kitchen with a mini-refrigerator, Coleman grill and sink. The outdoor seating area is great for watching the sunset and includes a gas fire pit and two lounge chairs. The dining area converts to a bed for children. The space We live down a quiet dirt road on two acres of stunning Sonoran desert land and are up against 72,000 acres of State Trust Land. You can hike or mountain bike on the famous "Fifty Year Trail" to Catalina State Park. We are just above the Canada del Oro wash and surrounded by mountain ranges. Every night, for a few minutes at sunset, the land is bathed in golden light and the Catalina Mountains turn pink. The camper is located about 100 feet away from our Santa Fe style house. A line of Palo Verde trees and a hill separate the camper from our home and provide privacy.Enjoy a private desert retreat in our 2022 camper. It is surrounded by cactus - including a Saguaro, and Mesquite and Palo Verde Trees. World class mountain biking, hiking, birding and sunset views on 72,000 acres of State Trust land which borders are property. There are two large, but very friendly dogs who will welcome you. Site includes a hose with running water and a 110 electrical outlet. My home is up the driveway about 100 feet. This site is best for self-contained RV motorhomes. It is very tricky to back a trailer into the space.

I have two large but very friendly dogs. They are territorial, so I don’t allow other dogs. My dogs have their own dog door and go in and out as they please. The property is not fenced - so they tend to go off on doggy adventures in the morning. There are coyotes and javelina that come through the property at night, so we bring our dogs in at night. There are dog treats in the camper - feel free to share them with our dogs. They are not allowed in the camper. Please don’t feed them table scraps.
