This property is surrounded by Mesquite trees boasting beautiful country views located in a picturesque green belt of Arizona. The graveled site includes a paver patio, table and chairs, a chiminea for fires and roasting marshmallows, and bird feeders with many active birds 🦅. It is situated on a one acre property which includes our home. Take a stroll around the country neighborhood, explore trails, grab a hamburger at the local burger place! A 10 minute drive to gorgeous wine country of Page Springs where you can enjoy a glass of wine and take in Oak Creek. Wonderful restaurants and shopping to enjoy in nearby Cottonwood and Jerome.A spacious RV site includes a paver patio, grill area and parking. Many neighboring farms with horses, donkeys, cows, goats chickens to greet you on walks. Enjoy epic star gazing nights at this site. Explore the nearby creeks, Verde River and dramatic Red Rock landscape. Wonderful restaurants, wineries and eateries nearby!

Quiet site with great views.
Nicely setup site with comfortable outdoors space for tents or smaller RVs. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Beautiful views of the western mountains and sunset.

"Quiet, Scenic, and Private – A Per
The site was the perfect size for a small to medium (<28 ft) travel trailer or motorhome. The view is great, and there is no road noise. The stars at night are incredible. It’s conveniently located near downtown Cornville, Cottonwood, and Sedona. The hosts are very friendly. The site is relatively close to the house but still feels very private, as there are no windows on that side of the house. The full hookup site feels very luxurious. Backing down the driveway can be a bit tricky, but the host is very helpful with instructions if you need assistance.

Lovely, quiet spot with everything you need. Loved the view, stars and chimera! Hosts were friendly but not intrusive. Would DEFINITELY come back here.
