A spacious backyard offers a private bathroom and fire pit with room for an RV trailer (up to 34 feet), van, or a tent. This is urban camping. Walk or ride your bike to 4th Ave and downtown. Cruise along the Santa Cruz River bike path while the sun sets pink and orange over the Tucson Mountains. Peruse shops, restaurants, and museums, all accessible on foot. For outdoor adventure, Tucson's terrific hiking, climbing, and mountain biking are all available within a short drive, while the best Mexican food is just down the street.

Jeffery was very pleasant host. Nice little spot in the city. Best for a van or small motor home.

This place is great! Jeff is putting a lot of love into it and keeps it very clean. He was so accommodating with my change of itinerary and I will be sure to come back again.

Incessantly barking dogs - no sleep
My best effort to be objective here: PROS: close to downtown, ample fully fenced lot space, clean bathroom. CONS: 1) there are two dogs owned by neighbors who barked incessantly into the wee hours of the morning; 2) the neighborhood is sketchy - broken glass on the sidewalk across street made me uncomfortable to think of walking my dog in the area - driving through the neighborhood you see numerous homeless encampments. It felt safe because of the gate, but I felt uncomfortable going outside of the space.

Perfect basecamp right in Tucson to explore the city. Jeffrey was very kind and got us checked in and settled within 20min of our last minute booking. No problem fitting our truck + 20' trailer into his private backyard space. Water hookups and outdoor toilet were nice amenities.

Awesome spot in the city!!
Jeff’s spot is so sweet! It’s a big fenced yard, very safe and private with a locking gate. There is an outhouse with a real flush toilet. Everything was clean & tidy. There is a great fire pit. My dog enjoyed having free run of the yard. There was no way she could get out so I felt safe letting her off the leash. Jeff even has a pooper scooper next to the trash can! He has thought of everything. And he was super quick to respond to all my questions. I hope I can return next year!
