If you just need a place to park and a shower in the morning, this does the trick. Right of I-10 but far enough not to be too noisy. This is a small mobile home park with appx 15 spaces. Very little in and out traffic. Seems like a nice little community.

Such a cute little park. I extended my stay twice. It's pretty quiet, when you understand It is right on a highway, and so much of RV life is road noise. Will come back.

If you have an RV or a camper, this is a good setup. If you are car camping in your sedan like I was, not the best. However, everything was as described.

Clean bathrooms, showers and the laundry room was nice. It's more of a trailer court than your typical rural Hipcamp. When we arrived a trailer was parked in our spot. After getting his phone number from a very friendly permanent resident the host only took five minutes to arrive and straighten out the situation. There was two very small slots left open and luckily we got the one that was not directly in front of an overflowing garbage dumpster with a feral cat looking for food. The host was actually very nice and offered to refund our deposit via Hipcamp. But we had been traveling all day so we opted to stay.

I’ve last track of how many times I’ve stayed at this spot - but I’ve always found the location convenient and the facilities very clean. The free laundry is a nice bonus. It’s not really a destination spot, but great for a couple of days while exploring Tucson. I would suggest paying the extra $5 for site #4 - it’s fenced and much more private than the others. Darker too. Road noise isn’t a concern for me as I can sleep through almost anything, but if it is for you, bring earplugs. M+M pub is a stones throw away - full of locals, and completely beat up. Which translates to perfect in my book.

This is the worst place I've camped at, and that's saying a lot. When we first arrived, we realized it was in the back of a trailer park wedged up against a fence. After setting up our tent and going to sleep, we were woken up by a violent fight going on at a nearby trailer home. After about 10 minutes, they stopped, and we could sleep again. The next night, we were woken up by 2 tweakers arguing with a resident right outside our tent. We didn't feel safe for one moment while being here. Some good things: close to town, has a grill, table, and chairs. It also has a bathroom and shower, despite not having access to it for the first day. The bathroom isn't maintained well and has buildup on the faucet, is missing paper towels, and the soap wouldn't pump. I recommend another campground or sticking to BLM land.

Everything was as pictured. It was a great place to stop for a night to charge all my batteries, get some laundry done, and have a nice shower. The price was great and I’m super thankful for spots like this!

I was expecting city noises but not gunshots and people fighting in the middle of the night. It was alarming and unsettling to hear turmoil in the community. It's a very fair price for all the amenities. They were clean and very accessible.

Brian’s property was super easy to find and made a very convenient stopping place along my journey. If you’re looking for true camping, this might be a little urban for you, but that said, I felt pampered with access to a clean shower and bathroom. I camped with my rooftop tent, which was well suited for the space provided. When back in Tucson, I would definitely consider staying there again!

Everything one needed to feel safe, clean and rested. I was car camping so needed little. Proximity to town was fab. Bathroom and hot shower were great. Washer/dryer super handy and the area was quite enough.

Loud dirty, dusty location in an industrial area next to a bus stop would not recommend to anybody. It's worth the extra money to stay somewhere else.

We had a two nights stay in our van. We stayed in the back of the property by some other small camping vehicles. From the back of the property we were able to tolerate the noise of cars, trucks, airplanes, and trains. Earplugs are a definite if closer to the highway.
Our stay was made pleasant by a clean, single restroom (though the toilet was clogged one of the mornings) and shower available with plenty of hot water. The community picnic area is charming, too.
Bryan was a very responsive host. I think the fee is high for the camp compared to others. But it is convenient for visiting the East Saguaro park.

It's a very basic but well maintained place for an overnight stop. I was a bit intimidated at first because the Hipcamp spots are at the back of what appears to be a trailer park lot, although it looked like most of the trailers weren't occupied and they were all in good condition. Shower was clean enough with good water pressure. Could do with a dishwashing sink, the bathroom sink is absolutely tiny.

The park is immaculate and well maintained. It’s a great place if you’re looking for something close to Tucson for a few days. It’s off a busy road, so it’s pretty loud. But in our case we are heavy sleepers, so it didn’t bother us.
The shower and facilities were clean. The individual pods were designed for privacy and they are modern with air conditioning and heat. We had partial hook ups (no waste water, but 30/20a electrical and water), but still found ourselves using the facilities.
This part of town seemed a little “seedy”, but we didn’t have any problems.

Brian is a wonderful host!
We needed a place close to our work area and this fit the bill.
The private toilet/shower/ laundry were clean and modern Just what was needed while camping.
A special shout out to Brett (co-owner) for his hospitality and quick assistance with our questions.
If I'm ever in Tucson again, I will definitely stop in!

Small space -- very close to other vans but luckily we had great neighbors. Nice cooking/seating/shade area that is shared with two other (van) neighbors. That said, the shower and toilet were clean and did the job -- along with all the other amenities. Best price in town.
