Homestead in early 2000s. Built house with logs from property and surrounding area. My son and I wild graze our cattle in the summer. We try to live off the land as much as possible. We preserve a lot of food for winter and enjoying sharing a little of subsistence culture with guests. Learn more about this land: Make camp in a pasture that is surrounded by vast wilderness. There is always some cows in the pasture with you. They are very friendly and will enjoy your company. A working mini Ranch. We let the cows out to graze in the woods. at 9 and they usually come back around 3. It is nice to be with them in the evening when they are finished browsing and full. feeling mellow and just chill'n. The property is secluded and has a Mountain view. This is an off grid homestead and my log house is on the property. The Susitna river is near with salmon running in August.

Amoozing Adventure
It was so fun to see all the different highland cows. They were so sweet and friendly. Hearing them run around the tent even sounded like a scene from Jurassic Park haha.
