35 acres of raw untouched primitive camping land next to beautiful Lake Martin, Alabama. Extremely Private Campsites, far apart from each other so you can have your site just for yourself and yours. A true disconnected forest hills camping experience less than a mile from the lake. Contact us before booking so we can guarantee all your needs are met. We provide clean water and a porta camp toilet for basic amenities but we can adapt and offer more depending of what your group will need. Tents, Tables, Showers for example. Completely untouched, the reserve has been kept as natural and raw as possible to offer you a one with nature experience. Upon request, we can provide sites for Target Shooting with Bow and/or Rifle, and also Canoes for the lake and/or help renting a boat near by. If you're looking for a place with modern life amenities this campground is definitely not for you. Each campsite is 5 acres apart so you can have plenty of privacy. Everything you bring in, you are required to take with you. There is no electricity so bring your flashlights and solar power banks if you need to power your devices. We are only 3 minutes to the Pace's Point Boat Ramp in you want to bring canoes, kayaks or just want to go for a swim. There's a porta potty on site for your convenience. Primitive Campsite.

Very secluded sites with no close neighbors, so it is just you and nature. Absolutely incredible and Maximo, the camp host, was great! Extremely accommodating and communicative. I loved everything about camping here and am already making plans for a return trip.

Primitive Campsite.

When it says primitive it means primitive! And I loved it! It was quiet, it was secluded, and the night sky was beautiful. We easily forget how beautiful the stars are but all you need is one night under a full sky of stars to remind you. Would recommend 10/10

The area and site were great, Maximo was a wonderful host in every way imaginable. Great spot with great camping!
