Learn more about this land: This is a family-owned property since the 1950’s. It was an original motor court. There are 2 tiny homes that are restored and can be occupied. The others can be peeked in but not safe for entry. The courtyard is perfect for artists of every kind, yoga, and of course music. It is walking distance to one of the most famous recording studios in the world and not more than a few miles from all of the “Muscle Shoals Sound” studios. We began restoration and unfortunately due circumstances beyond out control (cancer, Covid, economy/escalating construction costs) we have had to put renovations on hold. Hoping to start again soon!
