I stayed here for a few weeks and would HIGHLY recommend it! It was very peaceful, quiet, and beautiful. The only downside is the shower (it’s outside, and the hot water runs out quick). Samuel is a fantastic host and was very quick to respond if I ever needed anything.

This place is very peaceful and quiet. There is not much light, so the stars are stunning. There is an outdoor shower and bathroom with hot water. The road to get there is all grass but smooth if you go slow. We only stayed for one night. They do allow pets off leash which is nice!

It was absolutely perfect, from start to finish. Well, the finish sucked because we had to leave. We pitched our tent next to the pond, had a shaded seating area next to our fire pit. Bathroom and shower were a short walk. Fishing was peaceful and the jon boat was super fun to go out on and fish. Super quiet. Plenty of firewood, FREE. Early check in and late check out was lovely. We didnt feel rushed at all. If you forget anything (like leaving your day 1 dinner in your refrigerator at home), there is a small grocery store as well as a dollar general within 5 minutes. All around an awesome camp site! I want to go back, SOON! thank you for sharing your piece of tranquility with us!

I loved tenting at this location its beautiful and quiet. No one bothers you no loud music the view of the pond is relaxing we have been here a week already and plan to stay longer. Sam is amazing and helped me with anything I needed and response is fast.

We loved tent camping on Samuel’s land. It was beautiful, peaceful and quiet. He’s has everything you need (water, electrical hookups, shower, toilet and sink). Definitely recommend if you are looking for a quick getaway!

Great site. Very clean,very private, nice restroom/shower, electrical hookups and water on site. Best campsite I've been to. Peaceful, we had North camp site on top of hill overlooking lake. Pet friendly ,my dog "Lilly", loves it . Samuel ,the owner is very responsive ,courteous, and attentive. Thanks Samuel, we love it!

The RV sites are easy drive up to hookups We were in site number six with full hook up, including sewer. Our dog was free to roam even though he stayed with us at the campsite. The pond is large and the water is crystal. clear it’s great days and afternoons just spending at the pond fish a little. There is a lot of room to walk around with large oak trees wi-Fi is weak

Great site, consistent phone connection oddly enough, pretty view in the morning. Just don’t be me and ignore very well noted directions and go right to the south campground instead. Wish the hot water lasted longer on the shower, but it is camping after all.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Gullatte Acres! It’s a peaceful, well-kept place, perfect for some downtime but not too far from conveniences. Looking forward to returning again soon!

This is a little slice of hidden heaven. It was quiet and peaceful, maybe because I had the place to myself. The tent camping has an incline, but there are a few areas that are level enough, and it is nice and shady. The rv hookups are great, level and sunny.
The outdoor shower is wonderful and the little bathroom is perfect.
I did not take advantage of the boats and fishing because I was the only one there, but that would have been fun - there were plenty of fish jumping in the pond!
I enjoyed walking the driveway loop (3/4 mile) and seeing butterflies and birds, the lovely breeze, the sounds of nature.
As this was my first Hipcamping experience, I feel I was definitely spoiled!

Nice area, pretty quiet, worked ok for us as a stopover on the way to Tennessee. Site numbers were a little confusing because one sites number faces away from the road. Once we got that figured out the rest was good.

I had an amazing time with my children camping. From the amazing views, to the moon casting its light on the pond at night underneath the stars. The shower and bathroom gave a natural off grid feel that I really liked. Will be booking another trip there soon!

Serene spot with tons of privacy, wild flowers, and a stocked pond. We had a great time fishing and then cooling off in the outdoor shower. Toilet was clean and had plenty of toilet paper. We had an issue with our RV and the host was kind enough to let us borrow a ladder. On top of being kind, Samuel was very responsive and communicative. By following the directions he sent before check-in, we had no trouble finding the spot. Everything is very clearly marked.

Enjoyed my stay on the way to the beach. Sites were large and nicely mowed. Bathroom and shower were close and clean. Power was a plus for my small ac. My small converted van made it easily down a mowed path to the sites. Would stay again.

Pretty setting. Enjoyed a quiet evening, nice breeze and night sky. Too warm for a fire but there was a supply of wood near the fire circle. Prompt and clear response to request for help finding the place. Signage on the property was helpful.

Exactly what I needed. RV slots were clearly marked and the road to get to the spaces was easily traversed (2wd no problem). Restroom was very clean. Host was quick to respond and very helpful
