Convenient stop for the night or a few days for RV’s or Tent campers and a good place to get a hot shower - only a easy mile a half from I-20 exit 173 ( Eastaboga - Talladega Superspeedway Exit ) also a good base camp to see Cheaha State Park - bike at Coldwater Mountain- see the Talladega Superspeedway , Combat Park Flea Market , Oxford ballgames or other area Activities - I reserve one RV site and two tent sites for hipcamp and rent the other five RV sites at the top of hill on a monthly basis - these hipcamp sites are wooded, shady with woods between the other sites to give some privacy while still not far from the unique showers made from the old chicken house feed bins -these showers are very functional and I have been complimented that they are the best showers on the east coast

John’s land is so beautiful! Might be my new favorite Campground that’s not far from home. He was extremely welcoming, and I will be back.

Directions were clear, all the land was easy to navigate, host was always there to answer questions and polite!

The campsites are all separated well and the string lights are a great touch. It really helped us when we got to our campsite after dark and needed light to set up our tent. The bathrooms are also really well set up and clean. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Best camp spot in Alabama over 5 s
I love it there it is so beautiful I love the shower and bathrooms very clean and well kept hope to camp there again

RV Site 1 - full hookup
Overnight stay
I just needed an overnight. The site itself was very near perfect to level! I just needed one plank under driver side trailer tires. It was shaded! I did not need the amenities. I did need to be educated on the amenities regarding the air conditioning. It was operator error! Haha! John is a very approachable host.
