Bug Tussle Creek Bend
Showed up to a primaries style campsite deep in the woods, well away from any nearby house and tucked away on a river banks! The river was high and flowing! Perfect place to camp and really loved getting to be out there! Will definitely use it again in the future

First time Primitive Camping
This property is very private and secluded. There is a nice little area cleared with a fire ring right next to a beautiful creek with rock wall. The setting was absolutely beautiful and very quiet. It was 4th of July weekend, so we did hear fireworks out in the distance. Other than that the only thing we heard going to sleep were frogs. Leaving the site in the morning we saw rabbits, deer and even a wild turkey with her little baby following. The host is very responsive to messages and gave very clear directions. I highly recommend this site and we plan on booking again in the near future.

Toddler birthday weekend in woods!
Amazing weekend of camping. This spot is ideal for anyone looking for a pretty quiet, secluded, primitive spot. Just make sure your vehicle is able to make it down the rough parts of the road. Our truck and suv did great! The creek made it for me! Our toddler and dogs loved playing in it as well. Will definitely be back. Matthew was a very friendly and responsive host as well! Thought I should note that both nights there were running/racing? vehicles seemingly nearby. Must’ve been from the racing track nearby. It wasn’t too bad though. All around amazing spot!

Secluded camping in paradise
I can not say enough good things about Bug Tussle and our host. Matthew was wonderful with quick responses to any question that came up. The camp is clean and beautiful. One of the best sites I have camped. The location was tucked in a secluded part of the woods right next to such an amazing little creek. We will definitely be back. If you like to be out in the wild then you are going to love this place. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Camping by the creek
This is a beautiful camping spot! It's partially shaded right beside the creek with plenty of flat space to put your tent and an easy drive right up to the location. I asked for firewood and Matthew provided more than enough. This is a peaceful, relaxing, secluded space. We have already booked our next visit.

Great Time in Bug Tussle
Great site. Off the beaten path. Single campsite by a nice little stream. We went fishing down the road the on Sipsey Fork. Great time. Planning on going back when the weather turns cold.

Beautiful creek camping
This campsite was a beautiful place to setup and relax. The sound of the creek was a pleasure to listen to. The area was very nice and clean. The host also had firewood stacked near the fire pit. This is an area we would love to come back and visit and definitely recommend to others who are looking for a peaceful place to camp.

Camped at this site with some friends and had a fantastic time! It’s easily accessible from the highway, the campsite is shaded and flat, there’s a good spot for the fire and the sound of the creek babbling had us sleeping like babies. Cannot wait to get back out there!
