The campsite offers a private and peaceful retreat, perfect for those looking to unwind in nature. Many appreciate the well-maintained grounds, the available amenities, and the personal touch of the host, Jimmy, who is described as welcoming and accommodating. With convenient access to nearby amenities yet a feeling of seclusion, it's a spot that has received consistent praise. A few guests have noted the lively sounds of frogs at night, which adds to the natural ambiance.
Jimmy was very helpful. The sight was on the edge of a subdivision, but it was very quiet. Larger tract of land where you can feel like you are secluded if you want to nestle in down one of the trails.
We came to furnace fest this year and found this spot last minute. It was quiet and even with other campers it didnt feel crowded at all. Enjoyed it and the directions to the spots were very easily to follow.
We loved tent camping on Jimmy’s land! The property was easy to access using Jimmy’s directions, many spots to choose from, and felt VERY safe. We were on a road trip out west and stayed here, and well, we loved it so much we stayed again on our way back east! His communication was prompt, friendly, and set the tone for a relaxing place to stay. The land is SO well maintained and home to many sing-songing birds to wake up to. So lovely.
Bonus: Santos Coffee is 10 min away and is one of the best coffee/breakfast spots I’ve been to! (We also went there twice!) There is an in-house baker making fresh pastries that are hands down the best I’ve ever tasted!
10/10 location for safety and proximity!
I found a great spot to hang a hammock. The site is big, and we'll maintained, but offers the opportunity to pitch off the beaten track too. Great hosting and comms
My husband and I and our doberman Roxy, had a great time on Jimmy's land. Another family met us there and stayed in their tent. And we had our rv, in case we needed some air conditioning. Jimmy was very welcoming, very accommodating, and we can hardly wait to go back. This is a 10 out of 10
This place was a great stop for the night. We appreciated some supplies that were available for use, like the citronella candle. It was a very peaceful place. The fireflies were awesome!!
Wonderful rest stop. Very peaceful with minimal bugs. The site was nicely laid out, complete with fire wood, string lights and a table. I didn't actually meet the host but he was very quick to respond via phone to a minor problem( I got lost) The gps coordinates will take you right there. Would definitely recommend and stay again when I'm out that way!
Great night camping! Cool open air barn where we sat and relaxed and ate dinner and breakfast! Woke up to deer walking past the tent! Quiet and peaceful night sleep!
Jimmy is very welcoming and attentive, while giving you space at the same time. He keeps his property very clean and makes sure there are amenities available. Beautiful property with sites that are far enough away from each other, yet close enough to feel comfortable. Very cozy and quiet spot for any level of camping.
Jimmy's land was the perfect spot for a nice secluded camping experience. With the sounds of nature. He was easy to communicate with and took care of things we needed. Would stay there again.
Beautiful property!! Loved being outside with nature. The only downside is the noise my frogs at night. Would I do it over again? Absolutely!! Thank you jimmy!!
Beautiful piece of property, great location to stop at when driving thru. Cute little camping spots throughout the property with string lights and fire pits. Private and quiet from road and highway noise. The frogs come alive at night, the sounds they make are incredible. All the amenities are provided and some extras. Def on our list when passing thru again.
Amazing place to camp, easy access to amenities and provided equipment. Jimmy was very helpful and so sweet! 10/10 will definitely be coming back to this spot in the future!
