Red River Gorge KY Camping

Relax on our homestead, on your own private campsite in the Red River Gorge mountains. Located on our creek which feeds to the Red River Gorge. Only minutes from the Red River Gorge, Daniel Boone National forest, and Natural Bridge State Park where you can enjoy miles of hiking, horseback trails, and off roading adventures! Experience world renowned rock climbing, caving, kayaking, zip lining, paddle boarding and more!

Chances are very high you will hear and see wildlife or come across their tracks, as we have it all! Enjoy the privacy of your own fenced yard with a fire pit, seating, hammock, and outdoor games. (Please note: venomous snakes have been in our area).

This campsite is completely off grid but toxin free and paperless (except for toilet paper...which we provide). We offer a Culinary Bundle for $15 fully stocked with cooking utensils and utensils, plates, and bowls for 4. Pans and pots, and towels (see extras to reserve your bundle!)

2 gallons of water per 2 people/day for washing is provided (please bring more if you'll need more), rags and dish soap and wash bucket, and a cast iron cooking pot with tripod and complimentary, and some teas and coffee and fire pit coffee pot for you to enjoy! Bring your own drinking water and ice for your cooler. And BYO Tent First bundle of firewood is provided with your stay, each bundle thereafter is $3 also found in extras! Lots of natural sunlight :)Cool down with the natural breeze off the mountains, or warm up by the fire! Sorry, no wifi, but you can get access just down the road at the church or nearby Lions Club, KFB in town, or if your standing just right :)You'll find multiple brochures on local restaurants, attractions, shopping, and experiences at the site as well.

ALL dogs welcome, but MUST BE ON LEASH if outside your private campsite yard! Treats provided!

Our neighbors...We have wonderful neighbors, that are hardly visible, but we ask that every visitor respect the after hours quiet times listed (10pm-8 am)

We live in the woods! GPS has a hard time finding us at times. So...know that at the little Church when you come to the fork (thats country for where the road divides :) you will take a left. From there drive till the road almost ends at a yellow gate that says RED RIVER BOW HUNTERS/CLUB. Right before that you will see your "Camping at RRG" sign and park at that sign on the designated mulch/gravel spot. Note, trash can is right next to your spot for your trash when you leave.
