Field & Forest on Prayer Mountain

Beautiful and private - I let the folks know I’d be arriving late and they left a glow stick on my lil sack of eggs and mushrooms. The eggs and mushrooms were delicious. A beagle said hello. 10/10

The hosts were super responsive with any questions, the spot was lovely, well maintained, and easy to find. Very peaceful and beautiful sunsets. Would definitely recommend!! We also loved the beagle and the collie !

Y’all… Y’all! If you are reading this do yourself a favor and stay on this stunning and magical piece of land. The farm dogs are the sweetest, the property is rolling and beautiful and at night the fields lit up with fireflies! The property is as the listing states which is so helpful in preparing for a trip. Get some eggs and mushrooms to cook up for breakfast or take home. The mushrooms were delicious and such a treat while we are traveling. We are snobs when it comes to eggs and mushrooms and both were top notch! The folks were kind, accommodating, and communicative. We may visit Kentucky again just to stay at this hidden gem! We feel grateful and happy to have stayed at prayer mountain.

My first time using hipcamp was an easy-going, convenient, pleasant experience all thanks to The Folks. They were very welcoming and excited to accommodate me upon arival. The property was beautiful and very exposed to the night sky.

What an amazing experience!!! Two friends and I brought a camper here and had the best weekend camping. 🏕 The fresh eggs and mushrooms were amazing and the fishing was good but our favorite thing was this beagle that showed up at our campsite. We named him buddy and couldn't resist sharing our steaks and rice crispy treats with him. He spent the night 🌙 sleeping outside our camper under a chair and met us for breakfast in the morning then we didn't see him until we left the following day he was chasing us down the road. We stopped gave him some more steak leftovers and sent him home. We would like to thank The Folks for a great weekend. We will definitely come back!

Returned for our second stay in as many weeks. We had a little more time this time and bought the eggs and mushroom omelette kit again. The mushrooms are amazing! We bought more to take home. Heather was a great host again helping us with all that we needed.
