If it cannot be booked online or if you get a message that says you are waitlisted it is because this camping experience has reached its maximum capacity. You can still camp outside.

Perfect way to camp but not have to deal with the hassle. The hangar was super chill and everyone respected the space well. 👍
Hot showers, great staff, beautiful grounds, close to all the climbs! Let me tell you a lil story about my stay here, and why LOTA is so special. My friends and I had a rare weekend where we were all free to go on a trip to the RRG. This is an 8+ hour drive for us, and we were excited to spend the holiday weekend here. WELL. The website where we booked (Hipcamp) said there was indoor camping available. The owner, David, called me and let me know that actually, the campsite was booked up because of Rocktoberfest and there was actually no availability. However, David is absolutely amazing and gave us a HUGE upgrade to a private room in the Hanger, as well as a camper in the back. He totally saved the trip, and he is a delightful person, to boot. You cannot ask for a more communicative, kind, and helpful host. I am seriously impressed by his competence and willingness to help us out, and I will be booking at LOTA from now on!
The owner, David, was the most welcoming and friendly person I have meet in a while. The bathrooms and showers were super clean even though Rockoberfest was being held on the property. I will be staying there every time I climb at the Red!
Hipcamp accidently booked us during a festival weekend when there were not spaces available and instead of cancelling our reservation, David went above and beyond to make sure he could squeeze us in! So thankful and we had an amzing weekend! Thanks David and LOTA!
There was a bit of a mix up with our reservation, but David went above and beyond to make it right and ensure we had a good stay. Everything was clean and well kept, the showers were hot, and you can't beat the location. I would definitely stay here again!!
Great setup for climbers in winter
Great place indoors with bathroom, shower, and kitchen access for a rasonable price. Will definitely come back again when needed.
