Fun at the end of lonely street
We had a great time relaxing upon the Kentucky hilltop. The camper was cute and had all the accomodations we needed (basic cookware, cutlery and bedding). The dvd/tv were a hit with our young kids but they made the most out of the playset and outdoor games. I would recommend this place for a family taveling through who is looking for a safe, quiet place to relax overnight. The only downside was the shower was cooler than expected, altough it was hot outside. It wasnt unbearable, but we boiled water for washing ourselves. Word to the wise, make sure your headlights work because driving at night is scary, but magical. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and watched the fireworks across the skyline. The neighboring town of Berea was pretty cool to visit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.
I cannot praise this location enough. My now fiancé proposed to me under the moonlight(which we could actually see) by the fluorescent heart while listening to Elvis Presley. The access is easy, Natalie was smooth to communicate with and our privacy was perfect. We will definitely be back to this location for years to come. Thank you!
Cozy night with a beautiful view
The night that we stayed at Heartbreak Hotel, after a lovely night around the fire pit, the sky opened up and it absolutely poured. We were nice and cozy inside, piled with blankets and happy as can be. HH is a cute trailer stay, clearly put together with a ton of love. It was a great, peaceful stay and we highly recommend it.
We had a fantastic and safe Halloween at this charming little hideaway right here near our own hometown. The kitsch and the cleanliness were equally appreciated! Thank you for a wonderful memory we will cherish for years to come. 🎃👻💀
