Peaceful, safe location for singles
Steph was so nice! Loved seeing all the horses. The campsites were level and sunset was beautiful. The area is well lit and peaceful. Next time I’ll bring an extra window covering to darken the sleeping space. I felt very safe as a single camper! Thank you!
Amazing spot and experience.
This was my first hipcamp stay and it did not disappoint.
The route in from the Interstate was straightforward and easy for my 45’ (overall) rig. No clearance issues either.
The site is beautiful and I had a beautiful sunset and woke the next morning to galloping in the arena.
I enjoyed every moment and the hospitality was second to none.
Peaceful and country charm.
We enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s farm. She was a great hostess, explaining anything we needed explained and very helpful getting us set in place with our camper. She operates a nice farm with the most adorable kittens ( they won’t stay small for long), she is very educated with the land around her and the rich history of the area. We would gladly stop again in the future if opportunities arise.
Stephanie was the perfect host with a beautiful farm. She and her husband talked to us about their horses and how they trained the horses that were wild mustangs adopted through the BLM. One of the best night of a 7 week trip.
Nice horse farm just a few minutes off I70 and close to very nice city of Hays. The site is very close to the barn and house and didn’t have much privacy but was great for a good nights sleep with rv hookup. Stephanie and her husband greeted us, recommended restaurants and offered hose for water hookup. It was interesting to watch them work around the barn with the horses. Very nice stay.
Thanks for a wonderful stay on our first night out on our trip east. We arrived just before sunset and were greeted by Stephanie and Oreo, one of the kittens. We later got to meet some of their BLM mustangs and the donkey Keester, who wanted all our attention. The kittens were back to visit in the morning. Wish we had more time for a longer visit.
