This campsite was perfect for getting out in nature and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a beautiful location with a pond nearby as well as lots of trees and open fields. This was one of the most serene, relaxing locations that we have stayed at and we really enjoyed being able to slow down and just enjoy nature! There are TONS of walking paths right on the property so you can go hiking and explore while you are there. This is a property we would highly recommend and would love to stay at again in the future! :)

The wide open area for camping is flat and perfect for pitching a tent!forestThe views all around the campsite were beautiful, it really was nestled into the perfect little piece of countryside. There is also a pond just a short walk from the campsite that is very beautiful and nice to enjoy, sitting by the pond and talking, relaxing, etc.

The farm was beautiful with lots of nature sounds for a peaceful night! The host was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a dog from across the road but the host attempted to resolve it immediately. Nearby McCormick’s Creek State Park is always a favorite.

Larry and his friends were really nice. We were greeted by cute friendly dogs and then lead us around his property to choose our camp location. We ended up choosing our site because the others were near sites that seemed to have permanent/semi-permanent campers living in RV’s. Our site was great. Larry had the grass trimmed for us immediately so it would be more enjoyable and suggested a nearby hiking path. The view of the field across the street was amazing. And other than our campsite being near the road, it was a lot more private.

If you’re looking to just pull up to a campsite, setup, and that be it, this might not be the spot for you. We really enjoyed our stay and if we’re ever in the area again, we’d most likely stay here again.

Larry was very nice and helpful! It’s a beautiful property but the rv sites are a little closer together than I expected. With just a little upkeep/cleanup this would be a perfect site. We did enjoy our stay.

When we got there it took us to his home where we had to turn around in his drive. Then he took us down to show us one area which was really like Land by a garage and we had to do a turnaround to get up to the next area because there was only one way in with a big trailer and truck. Then the outlets for plug-ins were not up to par, sewer was in two areas and was full, people were living there and had been there for two months, which the host had told us they had only been there a week and we’re leaving. We were told there were no dogs at the campsite and there was two dogs and a cat. That had been living there for two months so he should’ve known this. The outlets we’re hitting surges and causing us problems with our air And Friday are capacitor. We were told there was a fire pit at each campsite and we had to bring one over to ours to have. They did not have the area mowed already when we got there. We will not be returning or recommend anybody to go to the area.

Interesting, you said your RV was suited for 50 amps, and it was not. You were initially given 30 amps which worked well for you. You had every opportunity to not stay at any of the sites that were shown, but seemed happy to stay at the chosen site. Your comments are surprising now, as it seemed everything was going fine. You were asked if everything was OK. Please, anyone, let us know of any issues or concerns during your stay. Separate firepits were available. Firepits can be relocated upon request. Anyone may ask for a different location. There was another firepit available by the lake. You had a dog, as did the other camper. Everyone else has been satisfied with their septic hookups. Anyone with pets is welcome, so long as they are controlled as yours and the other camper's were. The RV campground is designed for those who enjoy a rural setting. We do not advertise the location of the sites to maintain privacy. Campers meet at the farmhouse first, so that we can direct them to the campground. Thank you for your review, as it will help us make improvements. Respectfully, Latham Farms

Larry is awesome, exceptionally hospital. The Farm makes for a great stay. I loved waking up to find some curious chickens investigating my truck. Will definitely be staying here again!
