Absolutely love this property. This is our second time here and we will be back for sure. It is clear so much care and attention to detail has been put into the property and the sites are spacious and beautiful.
What a beautiful farm with lovely hosts! We camped for one night with 10 people (3 families; 5 adults and 5 kids). The campsite has plenty of space to allow tents to spread out, offering space both beneath trees for shade and in clear spots so you can see the night sky. Tim and Beth were great, very nice and helpful hosts, and they provided plenty of firewood for fires at night and in the morning for making breakfast corn. The kids LOVED the swing, hanging out with the alpacas in the barn, playing ping pong, and just being in nature. The adults LOVED being out of the city! We are a very "socially distance" conscious crew and the site made us feel safe in every manner. We can't wait to go back there again!
We had awesome time. Private camp was really private. Beautiful nature and nice hosts. Totally recommend this place! 5 stars
Tent camping at Heritage Farm at the group creek site exceeded our expectations. Our group of two families of four and grandmother pitched three tents and a screened-in picnic table shelter. There was room for us to spread out but stay "connected." The young kids were treated to setting up in a cold rain and frost overnight for their first camping experience; they proved themselves camp troopers! The days were sunny and fall blustery, and the alpacas, hay ride and tree swing were fun. We recommend Heritage Farm for off-the-grid camping and look forward to more Hipcamp adventures.
So much fun. We were a group of 8 adults and 12 kids. The kids had a blast feeding the alpacas, playing in the creek and zip lining. They were able to entertain themselves for 2 days. The property is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice.
Heritage farm and our host, Tim, were amazing! The property is wonderful! The farm is large, well stocked, and beautifully maintained. Besides the awesome alpacas, we got to meet the farm dog Juno, the chickens, the rooster, the horse, the barn cats, a few frogs and crawfish at the creek, and plenty of butterflies in the gardens. We added on the farm tour and an hour of zip lining. It was so fun and absolutely worth it. Our group of almost 20 had such an awesome time and can’t wait to come back! Thank you Tim and family!
This was our second time and we will most definitely return!!
Heritage Farm continues to deliver a weekend full of memories! Our group of parents and kids enjoyed the beautiful property, abundance of animals, and the opportunity to explore and relax over a beautiful weekend—it was perfect!
