Our waterfall is seasonal. It flows all year, but during the dryer season it is more of steady drip of water.

We are more of a "homestead" than a farm or ranch but we have chickens, bee keep, orchards and a garden.
Driveway
We have gravel roads to get you to several different pars of the land. The main driveway is about a 1/4 mile to the barn.

We stayed in Kerry's cabin that was very cozy, and private. It is elevated off the ground by maybe 10' and has electricity, spacious nicely decorated room, soft bed and love seat, and your own walk out deck to enjoy. We didn't really spend much time in the cabin because the property has so many beatiful things to explore.
