Think of this as a farm stay; a place to pull off the road, relax awhile, stay over and regroup, wash your vehicle, enjoy some peace and quiet. There is plenty of pasture space; sites are first come/first serve. We have privacy behind buildings, shade under our huge trees, or out in the wide open space!
I am listing this as an outdoor stay and it will be priced accordingly. There is space in the barn (NO NO NO smoking or fires!!!) for an additional fee., so we can provide you a place even when it is getting chilly.

Beautiful peaceful place to pitch a tent. Jo is a wonderful host. Will be going back again for a quiet weekend.
This spot was exactly as described and it was a safe clean place to park sleep and travel through. Host was kind and communicative.
I had a restful 1 night car camp here and had the whole place to myself. Jo’s directions were clear and when I had a couple of questions they were answered within a few minutes. I had the place to myself so it was really peaceful but the area seems large enough that it wouldn’t be a problem. I found a nice bench and played my cello while the sun set. Thanks for a great stay!
Super cute and convenient property. Would definitely rec. There are a lot of lights on the property which made me feel very safe as a solo traveler but would suggest bringing a nighttime eye cover if you're sensitive to that while sleeping.
This was a great spot for us. We arrived late at night and Jo gave us detailed instructions since she was not able to meet us. Having firewood available was a nice perk as well.
This was my first hipcamp experience and it was great. Quiet location gave me a nice safe place to land on a cross country trip. Got there just in time to get the tent set up and watch the sun set and the moon rise over the fields. Jo was preparing for a wedding that weekend but she came out to greet me & she was flexible with a small schedule change I needed due to weather. Having wood available for a fire was a nice bonus.
Great time not-so-roughing it with my little one! It was his first time camping and went off without a hitch! There is an amazing view of the sunset and sunrise & plenty of privacy around the buildings and trees. I absolutely loved having the barn views on one side of us, the sunset on another & then we got to catch a thunderstorm just south of us. The space was exactly as mentioned and Jo was wonderful! I enjoyed talking with her and loved knowing she was right there should the weather have turned for the worse. Her recommendation of “Kicks” around the corner was a great spot to grab a few drinks & a pizza! Can’t wait to come back for another mini getaway! Absolutely beautiful space and host ✨
