Russell is a great guy who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of space and quiet surroundings. All of the little things he’s doing is only going to make his site a better place to camp.
Russ the host, is the best....
My family and I camped at R&L farm over Memorial Day weekend and we had an awesome time. The host Russell went way above and beyond, to make sure we had everything we needed. This property is beautiful and spacious, and as advertised, had power, bathrooms, and water if needed. I would definitely camp at R&L farm again, in fact, we are making this our regular Memorial Day weekend campsite.
Russell is the best!!!
Nice, small, private space. We went with family and friends, a small group of 8 (small dog was the 8th!). Lots of camping space for our group. There’s also a small pond where you could chat, go fishing or just hang out. There’s also wi-fi of you just can’t separate yourself from the web.
NOT Crowded at all. Secluded but in the night time, that freight train can be heard. It would depend on your tolerance to get to you or get used to it.
Russell was very accommodating. He headed out just to give us some firewood which is available for cheap! He would check on us just to ask if we were doing fine or if we need anything.
Would definitely go back AND recommend.
Russell was very accommodating! He showed us where everything was, and helped us pick out our camping spot! He offered to give us firewood, and was willing to help with whatever we needed! One thing to note is that there were a decent amount of mosquitos, so just make sure to bring bug spray.
