Site 2 - Country Green House Private
Dogs & hot tubs are the best things
Had fun camping over with Parker and Paisley, great hosts! The rock pad was easy to park my trailer on with drainage from the rains. We had a tent next to the garden on the grass. The dogs and I loved the big property and walking with Paisley down to the river in the evening. Bug zapper, bug spray, and tick repellent were a great help. Soaking in the hot tub, relaxing by the fire, socializing with other campers is awesome so thank you Parker and Paisley for the great place to stay.

Loved the space that Parker has set up for camping (tent or small rv). Host was very accommodating. We will be back!

Parker was a polite and kind host. He had plenty of firewood and it was a nice place to camp. I even found some morels growing out there.

Good camping spot
The area itself was really neat. Parker was great at responding and helping us get there. Unfortunately whatever address is listed on the ad isn’t accurate to the actual location. It’s like 6ish miles away from there and in a backwoods area that isn’t easy to find if you’re doing it all by yourself. So I definitely recommend calling Parker and asking for instructions when you get close. He wasn’t there that night we arrived, and instead we were greeted by his granddaughter. She was also friendly and overall it was a really good experience. Unfortunately there was an issue with the hot tub, so we didn’t get to enjoy it, but that wasn’t anyone’s fault. Just a force of nature that didn’t allow it function. The pool, however, was just fine and it was so nice to take a dip in before heading off to our next location. Make sure to bring lots of bug repellent, though. As we did get swarmed with quite a few of them, but that’s to be expected. There’s a spot further in the back of their yard that’s perfect for pitching a tent. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place. Just remember to contact the host before you arrive so you don’t end up in the pits of town like we did lol.
