I enjoyed my stay. Beth was a helpful host, and it was fun to be surrounded by animals. I even got a delicious selection of fresh cheeses! Highly recommend for animal lovers.
We were farmers for a weekend! Beth was an awesome host! She showed us how to milk and feed cows, feed horses, guineas, geese, goats and sheep. We collected eggs and had fresh milk. This was an awesome experience and I encourage anyone interested in sustainable farming (or farm animals in general) to camp at Briar Hill New Horizons.
