Camp at the headwaters of Parowan Creek, one of the last unpolluted waterways remaining in Utah. Even though you'll enjoy the sounds of a babbling brook, you won't be far from civilization at all. In fact, you'll be sleeping at the South end of the ski resort town of Brian Head. Without the threat of wildlife to bother you (you're right in the backyard of the Kristi Condominiums), you'll enjoy the clean mountain air and still be minutes away from the ski lifts. Cedar Breaks, Zion & Bryce Canyon are only short drives away. Only a few hours away and you'll be the bright lights of Sin City, Las Vegas.
This ground is best during Spring, Summer and Fall. In the winter you'll be practicing your snow survival skills.
Campers that leave traces of their passing other than ashes in fire pit or depressed grass, will be charged a cleaning fee. Leave no trash of any kind, please.
