Great place for small groups or beginner backpackers. I went on a solo weekend trip and it was perfect practice. The Campsites were decently spread out, basically in groups of 2. I’ll definitely be back when the weather gets a bit nicer.
We had a great time camping over the weekend! Sure it's cold but that's what we signed up for. The property was big with some paths to explore. The sites are small and personal depending on where you set up. Omar was very friendly and easy to communicate with.
We had a great time! The campsites were secluded and offered privacy. While the campsites are close there were many different sites and the hosts made sure to spread everyone out. There were 2 other groups there while we were camping and the hosts spaced us out to where we felt secluded and did not see the other campers. We had a great time and can't wait to visit again!
Great nature retreat
Angel Creek was just what I needed. I was able to find a secluded camp site surrounded by nature and close to walking trails that ran through the whole property.
The evening was filled with sounds of owls, coyotes, wild turkeys and some animals I couldn’t identify. Perfect for those who want to connect with nature and just get away from it all.
