SUMMER: Access to private lake: swimming and fishing and boating (no gas engines allowed). No fishing lisence needed and with access to canoe. Private sand dune area for ATVs, with access to hundreds of miles of public land trails. St Anthony Sand Dunes, Civil Defense Caves, Ice Caves and Island Park Reservoir are all accessible on an ATV day trip. Yellowstone National Park is an 80 minute drive, though accessing the property requires a 6.5 mile drive on a dirt road, a total of 25 minutes from Ashton. Two campfire rings on the property to choose from for your evening gatherings.

Boating
Non-motorized only. Community access to the reservoir is located at the south end of South Teepee Lane.
Fishing
An Idaho fishing license is NOT needed - just a permission slip from me
Off-roading (OHV)
An ATV ride to the lookout on Bishop's Mountain overlooking Harriman State Park is a 1/2 day's journey there and back
Snow sports
Lots and lots of snow in the winter: snowmobiling, XC skiing, and sledding down the luge run. Make a snow cave.
Swimming
