There is a small outdoor fire pit, cooler, table gas grill, and a propane tabletop Coleman two-burner stovetop. The kitchen is outside but sheltered. The composting toilet is outside, and the wood-burning stove is inside. It is set up with dishes, pans, old-time coffee percolator, hot water tea kettle, paper towels, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.
A Headlamp or flashlight is helpful as well as flip-flops for the shower. Please don't forget to let me know ahead of time if you're bringing a pet. There is an extra pet fee, Thanks!

My husband and I had a great time at La Luna Rustic Cabin. Lori was a wonderful host. We enjoyed exploring the area and swimming in the lakes around the area. We can’t wait to visit again in the winter!
Great romantic place to stay! We came here the night after our wedding. Lori was so sweet and wonderful keeping of the site. It’s super rustic, and the cabin warms up fast! Come stay with your honey!!
Really cute! not what expected
The stairs are very steep to go upstairs! The place is really nice and quit. The lake is not a mile to where you can enter its about 2 miles. I really enjoyed it however! Lori is a really sweet lady as well!
Rustic wilderness getaway
What a beautiful place to get away. The cabin description was exactly what we found— quiet cabin, complete with a comfortable bed and a camping kitchen set up waiting for us. Best of al is the luscious outdoor shower. All the benefits of camping without all the work. It rained two nights and all I could think was — I’m not in my tent right now :) Lori was a perfect hostess. Available if we needed her but not obtrusive in any way. The property is lush and nice to explore.
Like thoreau’s cabin in the woods!
We had such a lovely time at e cabin. It is rustic but very cozy and the outdoor shower is amazing (with very warm water). Lots of great wildlife and flowers around the cabin. Lori was a great host.
The cabin was lovely! We loved being off-grid, having dinner by the light of the oil lamp, heating the space with the wood stove, and enjoying the sound of rain on the tin roof. It's in a gorgeous part of Idaho and we enjoyed exploring the surrounding terrain. The cabin is right by the main road to the property, so we did see trucks coming in and out a few times, but everyone was friendly and we still felt pretty secluded.
