Loved the view here and the bull and horse came up to say "Hi!" right away and were very friendly...including some lovely kisses from the bull lol. Nice spot of grass to park, throw a tent, and relax for a bit. Porta-Potty was clean and serviced recently. This was a great place to stop on my way back from the Main Salmon and my son who goes to U of I spent the night with me at the propane fire pit and had a nice tent spot. Amanda greeted me shortly after I arrived and was very nice and helpful. Great stars and was cool to see the lights from a HS football game down below in the valley.

beautiful stay ❤️
the animals and the view were the highlight of our stay! walking through the vineyard while watching the sunset was so special. it was so peaceful, and having the option of a campfire and an outlet was perfect! the hosts were so kind and helpful with anything we needed. also the porta potty was very clean! we felt right at home and would gladly visit again. don’t hesitate to book :)

Although you go through a development, this location is in the country. It has a beautiful view of the area overlooking pasture and vineyard. Amanda came out and greeted us warmly.

This Hipcamp is located on what feels like the literal edge of Lewiston between a modern neighborhood and the rolling hills (the picture of the hills is the most accurate, view-wise). Nice evening breeze and active chirping birds in the huge pines, between which we pitched our tent. There isn’t a maintained lawn or a tent pad per se, so ground is pretty dry, hard and uneven - watch for prickly weeds. Great fire pit, and four chairs. Very quiet. This is what it is, the backyard of a large residential house facing the countryside - there is a hammock and a small vineyard adjacent to the house and a horse and a cow and some chickens. I wouldn’t exactly call it “private,” on account of the residence’s windows facing the site and a little pricier in comparison to previous bang-for-buck experiences. No skeeters!
Didn’t meet the host. I might have asked if the trampoline was available for use for the kids (we used it anyway - oops).

Great spot with views.
Fabulous spot, quiet, peaceful with great views. We loved being greeted by the cow and the horse! Fire pit was awesome with plenty of wood and very clean portapotty. This was our first time using Hipcamp and we were very happy! Didn’t meet the host. Kids loved the chickens. Our van fit perfectly in designated spot.

Salmon fishing and camping trip.
So for space, nice fire pit and shade in the afternoon. Parked boat and another truck and setup a tent next to a large tree with shade. Very friendly, helped me with power to my tent for CPAP. Beautiful view! Close to stores and boat launch.
