A couple or a group will be comfortable in this unique space, with an Adirondack flair. Fantastic Old Hickory 1 Q bed and 4 twins bunked in 2 sets, plus 1 rollaway twin cot. Bed/bath linens plus soaps/shampoos. An Old Hickory desk for workspace, art & kitsch, microwave, small fridge & toaster oven. An all-wood outdoor sitting ensemble, green space with firepit, and parking for 1 vehicle along the side. Parking for additional vehicles in the South Field. Guests use Loo-uvre Restroom & Shower House, a bit of a walk away. Usually rents w/ Lodge, but not necessary. Please be mindful of guests in The Lodge close by and next door-- park only on the gravel pad on the east side of The Bunkie, and extra vehicles only go in the South Field. Do not walk through The Lodge's backyard, as that is their space; your green space is next to the gravel parking pad. Please turn out the outside motion-sensored light when turning in for the night. And quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Namaste on all this to be good guests. Centrally located between YNP and Jackson/GTNP-- 90 minutes to each. Bear World is 15 minutes to northwest, Heise Hot Springs/Zipline/9-Hole Golf 1.2 miles up canyon, Cress Creek Creek Nature Trail 1.3 miles away, and Labelle Lake Ice Palace 12 miles to northwest (December through February). Scenic and whitewater rafting is 90 minutes to Jackson, down the world famous Class 3-4 "Hoback" section of the Snake River. We are located between Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Jackson, Wyoming. Our Inn is on Butler Island, with the Snake River on one side and the Great Feeder Canal (formerly known as The Dry Bed which was the Snake's natural spring overflow for centuries). Hot springs facility, 9 hole golf, driving range, mini golf, XC and alpine skiing, hiking, world class fishing-- all very close by or within 4 miles. On site we have our famous little Borrow Barn-- on site all-complementary activities including pedal boatds, disc golf with maps/disc/scorecards, cruiser and kids bicycles, board games, volleyball, tetherball, horseshoes, croquet, badminton, bocce, golf clubs to borrow for off-site, cornhole, etc. Adults only enter the Borrow Barn-- same adult returning items used please. Namaste. Quiet hours: summer 10 pm to 8 am; non-summer 8 p.m. to 8 am.
