90 minutes to the east to Jackson/GTNP/then South Gate in YNP (2 routes-- the mountain pass or the easy Snake River route), and 90 minutes to the north to West Yellowstone/Yellowstone West Gate (2 steep mountain passes). Both routes are beautiful with waterfalls, gorgeous mountain views, and Idaho countryside.

In order to not get totally lost and not being able to contact our staff, pretty please take a full screen of the entire text and pictures. The title says it all. This place was beautiful, the host was helpful, the facilities were clean. A really great getaway. Definitely carefully read all of the directions sent to you upon booking because the country roads are a special kinda situation, especially if your reception is spotty. One thing I would say is that if Yellowstone and Grand Tetons are a part of your itinerary while being here, plan on a lot of driving. We have a three year old so we did one park a day so he could get out and play, and it was a lot of driving so just plan accordingly.
Do not recommend
It is more of an RV park than an RV camp. There are permanent residents that live there. These residents have all the best sites taken as well. We had to wait in line for a shower almost every night and also had to deal with the smell of sewer next to our camp site. The power went out and when we messaged the owner Sharron regarding it, she never responded to our message not any emails sent. Contact was spotty at best. Do not recommend.
Really nice rv park
Not really a HipCamp spot as much as a fairly large sized RV park. However, the camp host Scott came over to greet us, and was super friendly and helpful. It is a very nice place, with cabins and lodges, and a little pond with paddle boats. Lots of stuff to do, and genuinely nice people around. Really enjoyed this place, and would definitely come back again.
It was a very nice location and very peaceful setting. If you had the space for more showers it would be a good addition as waiting for the shower happened on a couple of occasions. The children loved the paddle boats. Over all we enjoyed our time and were thankful for the information of things to do and the children loved bear world.
