I was worried it would have been harder to find but it was not that bad. Our first impression was a clean property that caters to campers. However, the camp site assigned to us was incomplete in the way of a fresh gravel pile that was blocking our path and a tent site was "swampy." The bathroom facilities are nice as advertised but a little hard to find in the dark due to its location in the back of the main house.

I would stay there again but would recommend getting there close to check-in to ensure a more "comfortable" site.

Beautiful location. The gravel really helped with the mud (as it was pretty rainy) and kept everything nice. The bathroom, bathtub, and shower were all gorgeous and wondefully refreshing. Hosts were all wonderful. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

This is a fine place for the night. On a steep driveway so it was hard for me to get super level and sleep in the rooftop tent. I'm sure the tent spots they have are more level. I had the hardest time finding this driveway at night, there were no streetlights or obvious signage, so I recommend showing up early before sunset and connecting with the host beforehand. No phone number is listed so I had to rely on them to call me after a few urgent messages. They weren't home so it was tricky to relay info to me in transit while I was also looking for the place, but I found it and it worked out ok.

It was nice to have access to a kitchen to boil water. Everything was clean and the toilet + sink area was super cute!

Beautiful, clean, quiet and safe place to camp.... I camped at the tent site and brought my own tent.
I especially loved taking a hot bath in the outdoor soaking tub. Kind hosts... thank you!

We traveled from Florida to the Big Island to camp and explore. This place was a perfect first stop on our journey. The wonderful outdoor shower and bathroom are easy to find with well lit paths. Our tent site was private, and had a fire pit. The host’s directions were clear so the place was easy to find. The sounds at night and the view of the stars make this place extra special. Also close to anything you could need in town. Highly recommend staying here!

We traveled from Florida to the Big Island to camping explore, and this was our first stop. This is a wonderful tent site. We had a nice gravel lot with a fire pit. The outdoor shower is amazing, private, and easy to find in the dark. The hosts keep their paths well lit, but a flashlight was nice to have. The sounds of the area at night, made this place extra special. It’s close to the airport and anything else you may need (including coffee in the morning), and the hosts directions were perfect. If we stay another night in the area while we are here, it will definitely be at this place.
