Located in a wonderful farm setting we provide rentals in our Canvas Tents. Enjoy the sweet breezes, gorgeous sunsets and farm life while still in the city and close to some of the best beaches in East Oahu. Is that even possible? Yes, you can find it here! This is a one of a kind vacation rental you will not forget! The price is excellent. Location is beautiful. We are located on the foothills of famous Koko Head hike, and only five minutes to Hanauma Bay, shopping centers, dinning, and grocery stores. It's all in one!
Our smaller tents are the perfect fit for a single-person stay (we can add a twin futon mattress for a second person). You will have access to outdoor community space with a fully equipped kitchen, reserved fridge space, grill, dining and lounge area, bathroom, and outdoor hot showers. Washer/dryer use also available for $7 per load (detergent included).
If you'd like to catch some waves or need a ride around time, we have surfboards and mopeds available for rent, and a 2010 Toyota Corolla vehicle for rent. Parking is also available on site. Just let us know your needs and we'll do our best to accommodate for a wonderful stay!

Come visit and tour at our beautiful Sun Family Farm! The tour begins with learning about all of our beautiful plants and fruit trees which include Dragonfruit, Mango, Pomegranate, Coconut, Guava, Passionfruit, Papaya, Noni, and more. We tour the entire farm so you can see all of the abundance we continue to grow, plant, and harvest. Checkout our herb & greens garden before you pass by our chicken coop- our chickens are always in need of extra feeding! Get to know our Aquaponics system & learn how our catfish nourish our greens in a sustainable setup. Children are invited to feed the catfish for a fun experience :) Learn about our Yoga Event deck & receive a discounted class/membership to Sun Yoga Hawaii Kai after your tour. We'll round off the tour by enjoying a fresh fruit plate harvested from the farm! You'll also get the chance to try our Noni wellness tonic - a unique experience! Cute farmstead with cozy yurts
I LOVED staying here! My biggest regret was that I didn't stay for more nights. The yurts are in a cute grouping in an idillic setting. The views from this spot alone are awesome, but you also get to spend time on a cute farm. Everyone I met was incredibly friendly. The outdoor shower is excellent, nothing like showering under a banana tree! My bed was comfy, clean, and perfect for a good night's sleep. I will warn that there are roosters/chicken roaming and making noise at all hours, so if you are a light sleeper you will need earplugs, but I didn't mind them at all. Pretty easy to get to shops while feeling remote. I would stay again 100%
Peaceful surroundings. Super clean. Everything you might need (basics) and an overall great experience. Just be sure to bring earplugs for sleeping (for the very confused roosters). They seriously have no clue what time it is.
Loved staying at Marco’s farm in the tent. Was comfortable and everyone was friendly and accommodating. Alexa was especially helpful with anything I needed. Hawaii Kai is a lovely area. I would recommend his place for people wanting to get away but still be close to town. Had fresh guava from the fruit trees and lettuce was available if you ask! Also, saw the most amazing sunsets on the water in the distance.

I loved staying here! Marcos’ place is a perfect spot to decompress and unwind. The yurts are very spacious and accommodating. They have a gorgeous view of the mountains and the farm is in a great location with Koko crater trailhead and the famous Hanauma bay just minutes away! I rode my bike out from Honolulu and it was a great escape from the city bustle. This is how I like to relax in Hawaii. I’ll certainly be back!
