Whispering Winds of Mana
Staying with Ryan was an absolute delight. He was a warm and welcoming and thoughtful host, and the space was beautiful. The open air kitchen and common area is a great space to make a meal and a friend.

Whispering Winds of Mana
Ryan was an absolutely wonderful, welcoming, and delightful host. The space and community he and his friends are creating at the sanctuary was such a welcome home for a few nights. The outdoor covered kitchen and common space is a great place to make a meal and a friend, and the whole grounds are lovely to explore. We look forward to returning soon.

Whispering Winds of Mana
Awesome place with good vibes. Beautifully landscaped with a large lawn, gardens, and meditation room. Communal area is comfortable and well-equipped. Ryan was usually around to help with any questions, suggestions, or just to chat. He offered for us to stay in the permanent tent on site which was very kind -- our two person backpacking tent is small and it rained for an extended period of time -- the larger tent was much more comfortable than ours would have been. Adorable ducks and a friendly dog round out the complement. Shared bathroom clean, outdoor shower very enjoyable. But what sets this place apart is the community that Ryan & co are building here. It was a special experience to be a part of it for a short time. We biked in on the Old Mamalahoa Hwy which was a beautiful ride. Also walked down the road the other direction to the nature preserve which was very quiet.

A paradise!
We stayed there for three days, and it was such a good fit for us, that we actually had a hard to leave the place to go explore. We used the tent Ryan and Ashley have set up under an open greenhouse, such that we did not have to put up ours. This is very helpful as it rains often in this region of the island. The place has an open kitchen, outside shower (my favorite!), yoga and meditation halls, lots of ducks and tropical fruits. We really enjoyed staying there, and if we are to come back, we would definitely book there again! Maybe the AirBnb rooms though, as they are so nice!! Thank you so much for hosting us!
