If you're looking for more adventure go on a private hike down to local waterfalls adjacent to the campsite. All our roads are paved so any vehicle would work. Super market is 5 minutes walk away. You will also have access to a shower and a composting toilet. Kitchen/hangout area has a propane stove and solar electric for charging your phones. There are multiple grills on the property. Please bring your own coal & firewood if you'd like to make a fire. We are right between Waipio Valley and hilo with multiple spots to visit on the coast. Akaka falls is just 15 minutes away. Our land has some love spots with ocean views as well.

We had a good overall camping experience at Sidra's farm. Met some nice teenagers who work on the organic farm. They live in tents and share the secured camping area with Hipcamp guests. We ate fresh lychees coming directly from the trees. Delicious ! Cows hanging around and small black pigs running in the wild.
I came expecting a nice place to stay just the night, due to the pictures. However the pictures did not share of the property at all.
It was me and my two kids, there was an electrical fence that was on to go bathroom and shower. To prevent huge bulls from entering the area.
The shower was seriously a hose to wash off, and definitely need 4x4 to go on property.
I was literally so upset that I paid the extra $$ for a hotel for that night..
Will not return or recommend.
If you wanna be completely off grid and are single backpacking and just need to crash definitely a place to be but not for a family, and be careful of electric fence, and the state down with the bulls.
