This site is under the oak trees between two horse pastures. It's a tent site, not suitable for any vehicles. There are some chairs by the fire ring, and there is always wood to find on the property for fires for free, or I'll gather it for a small fee.

Our friendly boxer, Myah, will greet you with barking, she is a great watch dog. She quickly makes friends, but if you don't like dogs, this is not the place for you. She's not reliable around other dogs, so sorry... no pets.
You will have a full bathroom which is located in the barn, steps away from the campsite. I'm usually in the house or barn for any questions or needs, please ask!

Our tent site was exactly as listing described. Bathroom was clean, and shower was hot with great water pressure! Was cool being next to those sweet horses too.
The ground was soft! I am 63 years old and I slept like a baby on merely a foam pad. (okay, two foam pads.) The hosts are lovely. Izzy, the horse, delightful. We stayed there so my daughter and I could tour a couple colleges. We came in late and set up camp late and the owner was very helpful. Very pretty and private spot.

Awesome spot for tent camping, large open area under the trees with a fire pit. You’re between two open areas that the horses may graze in, and adjacent to the barn which had a full bath (very nice plus when tent camping!). The horses were so sweet and fun to watch, we will definitely return and highly recommend this spot. Conveniently located to many nearby springs and the Sanford area which has a great downtown.

We had a wonderful time tent camping at Laura’s site. The site was comfortable with access to a really nice bathroom, and the ability to be around horses. Laura was very patient and accommodating with our late check in and even offered us some marshmallows! We had such a nice time, Laura was a great host, and I would recommend her site to anyone.
We had a great time tent camping at Laura’s. We had the space to ourselves and was nice to have the bathroom barn available to use. Plenty of campfire wood around the area to use for a fire.
Horses in the adjoining paddock were a peaceful, calming presence. The dog has nice manners, not pesky or aggressive. I saw a bald eagle! And, it is only a few miles south of Sanford's entertainment district. Clue: check for nearby restaurants, TaksimTurkish Grill and PARVA Colombian Bakery are excellent! And Walmart is right there.
Our host was wonderful, very accommodating. Enjoyed sitting under the oaks and seeing eagles and squirrels. In the night owls hooted. Having a nice bathroom was the best.
