We enjoyed our stay at Turkey Cross Farms! We were the only guests booked so we had the peaceful 3 acre camping site to ourselves! With great canopy of trees. Steve took us on a tour of his farm. Gave us a run down on all he grows, harvests, and processes! We understand this farm is new to hosting however, website stated electrical hook up (available) when we arrived we realized we would be powered by generator and would have to help provide gas for 24/7 power.
We enjoyed the tall shade tree canopy over our campsite, complete with firering, firewood and a table. Our host, Steve, gave us a tour of the olive tree farm. He was very gracious and accommodating. The location is close to both DeLand and DeLeon Springs and about 30 minutes to the beaches at Daytona.
