Most people come here for the sugar white sand beaches, (St. Joe Beach - between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe), which is within walking distance from your single private RV camper site. 50 and 30 amp service, water hose bib, full sewage hook up, outdoor shower and foot shower, washer/dryer available. Picnic table. Ample parking. Very quiet area. No light pollution. Star gazing is amazing. Able to accommodate BIG RIGS ! Relax on soft, white-sand dune beaches, go snorkeling in the Gulf of Mexico, or go fishing at a local, rustic fish shack. The local area also provides an educational and even inspirational peek into the state’s early past. Gift and antique stores, bistros, vest-pocket parks, vast greenways, and an appealing waterfront marina make up this tiny, easily accessible Port St. Joe downtown. Not to mention, you have easy access to some of the best seafood in the nation!Brand new construction. A short two block walk or drive to pristine dog friendly sugar white sand beaches that stretch for miles either way with no condos or tall apartments anywhere to be seen. Plenty of room for boats and trailers on this 1/2 acre. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Excellent star gazing with no light pollution. Restaurants and activities just a few miles down the road in Port St. Joe, FL.

Sugar White Sand Beaches RV

We enjoyed staying at Wayne’s place. It is in a low-key neighborhood however the campsite is on the back of the property and faces into the woods, so we didn’t feel crowded. Wayne was very easy to community with and was very helpful.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much! 3 blocks from a quiet, dog-friendly beach! Wayne has a great setup with full hookups, easy to get into, a level place to park, a shower + foot shower for rinsing sand, picnic table, and fire pit. St Joe is a quiet place to enjoy some downtime! Thank you for hosting us, Wayne!

This place was a great stay, peaceful and relaxing after staying in public campgrounds. The site is level and it's a quick walk to the pet friendly beach. We loved it and would say again for a few more days. Thanks Wayne

This is a really quiet and private campsite. It is within walking distance to the beach. The area is beautiful and peaceful. The site was pretty level and lots of room. Wayne was a great host and answered any questions that we had about the area. I would highly recommend. Great place to stay with your family!

Secluded spot close to the beach

Great secluded spot very close to beautiful, uncrowded white sand beaches! Port St. Joe town is close and very quaint with nice shops and restaurants in the downtown area. The peninsula is a short drive and great place to explore!
