If you like the beach, Jens's lot has much to be desired. Full hook-ups are awesome! The area is beautiful, good restaurants, good fishing, peaceful and relaxing. We cant wait to go back! Thanks again Jen!
Great location to the beach. A short walk to the beach, stores, tacos and ice cream. We love our time at RV on 30E and Jen is a great host. This is our second stay and we plan on coming back often. The Cape is quiet and had a very laid back vibe. Have a fire on the beach and enjoy the stars.
For extra privacy we position the rv on an angle and have our awning towards the trees and flowering bushes. You will need longer hoses and it makes a very cozy spot.

This RV site was perfect, close to the beach, and close to stores. We loved this campsite!
We have really enjoyed this spot and can’t wait to get back there soon!
Nice large spot in a great location. Steps to the beach and short walk to restaurants and groceries via the bike/ walking path across the road . Especially nice if you don’t have a tow vehicle..
Great site! Easy walk to the beach even with little kids.
Great spot tucked next to a 3 story condo and main road, provided a wind block in a very stormy night! Convenient to a few local shops, bike trail and beautiful beach. Spectacular sunsets and reasonably priced.

I said that maybe I would reccomend because If you are looking for ambience this may not be the site for you. It is basically a gravel parking lot with water, electric and sewer. With a fire pit. No picnic table. No real privacy because your on a main road. Sometimes people cut thru the parking lot which is your campsite when they are returning to their condos which are behind you. That can be a little disconcerting as it sounds like they are right next to your camper talking late at night. Maybe if you backed your camper more into the corner that wouldn't be an issue but the sewer reach may be? The price is higher than what was advertised and you may be disappointing at first.
However, there are positives. Easy pull thru site, plenty of space, no problem with the utilities. The road noise at night was really not bad at all and there is not really any light pollution. Because of the conflicting reviews of how far the beach is I counted the steps, 300 or 2.40 sec. to walk there. The beach well its gorgeous as are the beaches on Cape San Blas. Great spot to watch the sunset. Fresh donuts minutes away at Webers you have to get there early they will sell out! Jen responded to my questions and sent timely directions and information. I never met her personally.
So it's just up to whatever is important to you! We really liked chilling on the beach and taking long walks there and also at the state park don't miss those beaches!
