Numerous beautiful fresh water natural springs nearby, perfect for Kayaks and bank fishing, 45 minutes from the Gulf side and Keaton beach. Just minutes from the Suwannee River so bring your boat and the Spirit of the Suwannee concert venue. Beautiful downtown city of Live Oak is 10 minutes away with local restaurants and plenty of antique shops. Close access to WinnDixie, Walmart, Walgreens and several Dollar stores. Less than an hour from the Georgia/Florida line, comparably located to multiple large cities i.e. Jacksonville, Ocala(Equestrian Center), Gainesville and Tallahassee.
