Super nice host, AMAZING PRICE. Campers come and go around the property with no hassles. We're in a huge RV so we know how cumbersome it can be to camp around us, but everyone has been so nice and respectful! Everyone here is in Chill Mode all the time, it's a real breath of fresh air in this busy city.
10/10 We plan to come back every time we are in Jacksonville!
Amie was awesome. I arrived super late and she came out and showed me where to park. I just had a tent, and I had a choice where to set up. Perfect nights sleep. No problem for anyone who just needs to get in and set up. Thanks a bunch. I’d come back fo sho.
This place is absolutely amazing! It was like staying in the Forest. I’ll let here in the morning are birds and at night there’s no yelling there’s no crazy traffic and it’s so secure we don’t even have to worry about her items that we left outside. I would recommend RainboltUtopia to anyone looking to just get away with the peace of mind and knowing that no matter who you are you will be loved at this location! I LOVE IT!!
Rv space in a residential 'hood.
Amei was nice, friendly and helpful. The location is in a suburban neighborhood. It's not a campground and plenty of road traffic noise. It suited my needs for an economical 2 night stay on my route. Better than staying at Walmart. The wifi never really worked. A permanent resident confirmed that it doesn't. Overall it was fine for the price and my needs.
Good enough for the price
New to using this app, so I should have checked a few things, one was the bathroom, I rarely use port a pottys cause they usually are nasty, second I thought there was on site kayaking, both my fault, not the host, Aimee and her partner were very welcoming, even offered free breakfast and dinner a few times, the other campers were very nice and stayed to themselves, socializing was limited due to the virus, but that was the preference, a few didn't mind, the neighborhood is a bit noisy due to the people riding crotch rockets as fast as possible to the next intersection, the one guy there that had one was more mindful, the only thing that kinda bugged me was some unattended children that would come and go to use the trampoline, most of the time they were unattended, never got to use the pool cause it was a lil dirty, I would clean a bit when bored, and got it pretty clean the day before checkout, to have it filled with grass and bugs from the mowers, again not the hosts fault, overall it was good, I'd stay again if I was in the area
