Nice place, quiet, lovely, and affordable at $10/night + taxes for an RV site with no hookups. The RV side is more like an RV park, with a bunch of long term residents. We saw tents on the other side of the property. Good communication with Amie.

It’s definitely a cozy community! Amie is a very friendly and helpful host. The other guests were also very helpful and pleasant. There is a community fire pit near the outdoor kitchen area where most guests gather and commune. But, it is certainly understood and acceptable if you choose to keep to yourself like I did. Surrounding neighbors are packed in a little tight compared to a normal camp ground, but it still made for a very safe and comfortable rest.

I had a great location for my tent in the corner of the property with trees that provided some privacy. The only thing I had a little difficulty with was noise from local traffic that made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. But I’m a light sleeper, so others may not find that to be a problem. If you sleep soundly or have an RV, I recommend it! Nice place. Good location.

This is someone’s property turned into a RV site with a space for tents in the backyard.
It’s in the middle of a neighborhood.
The RV’s are crammed next to each other about 10 ft distance.

But, it’s pretty safe and clean overall, it looks like a small community of permanent people living in RVs and tents.
Everyone was very nice and friendly.

The host was friendly and helpful, even though I got in too late to meet her. She was very helpful, hospitablr and communicative.

We arrived and the property was full of campers. It looked like there were people actually living there. The property is in the middle of what looked like a residential area with small homes and mobile homes surrounding it. Being my friend and I are two single woman we did not feel comfortable staying there. Since we did not actually camp, I can't give a review on the experience. It was just not what we were expecting. Do not recommend for single woman.
