More than ever could’ve imagined, Michael and Carolyn are one of a kind. On top of that, there are access points to the beach across the street, gas stations, restaurants, and grocery store all within 5 miles. Go see palm coast for closer access, or take a drive out to St Augustine , for more of a historic feel. There is marine land close by, and two access points to kayak or boat. Our stay has been absolutely amazing, these two sisters and our two cats have been more than taken care of. Thank you Michael and Carolyn for sharing your slice of paradise with us Journey Sisters!

We loved MIchael’s spot in the hammock. He was so welcoming and allowed us to “camp” out inside with him during a tornado warning.
Little touches to the site were sweet like the cedar tabletop and the happy camper sign. The tree canopy was welcome in Florida. The proximity to a few places like a wine and cheese/music bar and Publix as well as the beaches and river made this an excellent stay!

Peace and quiet, tucked away but close to everything. Was a perfect 7 days and would definitely recommend to anyone passing through!

Nice escape from city madness but still close to the beach. Late at night when it's quiet I could hear the waves in the ocean. ~5 minutes from Flagler

This place turned out to be a real treat and situated in a great location. If you are into biking and beach hikes that’s the place for you. Delicious seafood 🦞 is close by. Michael has really put some work in to create a semi private space for the campers. He has been so helpful with suggestions and advice and has communicated effectively throughout the booking process. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again

Private lot next to the owner’s house. Mature trees for shade. Walk to JT’s seafood or Rodie’s. Beach is about 1.5 miles away and nearly empty in late February. Would definitely stay again. Nice hosts and amazing price

Michael’s camp was all we needed to enjoy biking and paddle boarding in Palm Coast, Marine Land, Summer Island, and St Augustine. We had our camp toilet but found restrooms and cold showers at the beaches and we really only came back to camp to sleep. There was plenty of room for the camper trailer and the spot was level with water and electric available. Local restaurants were a plus and Publics was just down the street. The closest gas stations did not have Deisel, but it was available within 5-10 miles.
