It was fun waking up surrounded by all the beautiful roosters, ducks, etc. What’s not to love about a place called Moon Pie???

I did the tent camping option here! This place had a individual campfire setups already set, literally the most pleasant outhouse I've ever seen, and bangin pear wine from the on-site pear trees. Every now and then one of the big sweet herding dogs would come chill by our campfire and they were so polite! As far as the actual farm animals, the animals are very well maintained/ treated. Polite and professional host checked us in and immediately gave us space. Bought fire wood on site and there's a gas station like 2 min away, so pretty much anything you need is nearby. Would recommend.

Very very nice! Loved the country feel and Elizabeth is a wonderful host! Nice set up here. I stayed 2 nights and met another RV Van family, very nice people. I had many different visitors through out my stay! I can’t wait to go back.

He wanted to load up. I told him no and then he sat and waited for bacon. Raining morning sleeping in Biggest turkey I’ve seen.. First night relaxing by the fire.

Elizabeth was fantastic! So accommodating and gave a great tour of the farm. We weren't actually able to stay on the property because it was too cold outside for our kids, but she still let us come to the farm and see all the animals and we bought some awesome goat cheese! 🧀

My wife and I had a great time camping here over the weekend. Elizabeth was an excellent host and we loved all the animals. The dogs are so friendly and adorable. Traffic noise from I-10 was nowhere near as bad as other reviews suggest. We highly recommend Moonpie farms!!

Lovely property. Nice little ponds and an awesome working farm. Really enjoyed hopping on the cart to make the rounds with Elizabeth during the morning feed!! Even got to see some eggs being hatched! Good times. Note that if you’re in a tent you’ll likely notice I-10 traffic all night, but it’s tolerable and you may even get used to it. Would stay again! :)

This camping adventure was wonderful in so many ways. The weather was perfect. Elizabeth was very helpful. (She even built the campfire for me). I enjoyed the solitude, the animals, and God's beauty. It brought back many memories from my childhood.

Elizabeth was wonderful! We needed a place for a couple of nights and Moonpie Farm was it. If you have children, the farm tour would be great. We toured the farm and thoroughly enjoyed the animals and Elizabeth knowledge of her animals. Bought several of her products which were all delish. We plan a n visiting again.

Elizabeth's farm I Avery quaint. We greatly enjoyed all the animals and especially her farm tour. Her goats are sooooo sweet! Especially Penelope!
Ivan is one of her dogs. He is very friendly but be aware, he will steal your things and even eat your food - he got some out of our cooler. Not a big deal at all and Elizabeth replaced our items with farm fresh sausage and bacon.
Very fun experience that we all loved! We hope to be back soon!!
