Clean and safe place to stay

Trevor T.
has mixed feelings towards this listing.
(Site 1)
May 14th, 2020

Here are the pros and cons of this site.
A. The site was kept immaculate.
B. We were left alone and not bothered by the caretaker
C. It was close to bike trails and grocery shopping
D. Great place to do day trips to ST Augustine.
A. The rv site is against an Airbnb home that rents for $200 a nite. I am sure they do not appreciate my air conditioner running next to their bedroom.

B. We had an issue with our 1 year old shepherd who is trained . They said he was barking but I think it was the neighbors behind with their dogs. Mine got aggravated with the cat and he does not like FedEx delivery. He also knocked down a 1 dollar lite and we reimbursed the landlord. I documented with my own security system.

C. The house has motion detection lights and it was a little creepy they kept coming on Late at nite. I don’t know what was triggering them. The other issue is I felt we were being watched. I think there are camera which I have no problem with however I really dont want to be sitting outside if people are listening.( I hope the hip goat can verify this)

D. We had no picnic table at site ( was instructed to use the play ground table but it was farther than I wanted to go with dinner.

E. Our camper sunk into the stones so may need a four wheel drive.

F. You do hear trucks all nite since there is a FedEx terminal and it is in an industrial setting.

All in all a pleasant experience. The pond was clean, the
Camping spot was immaculate kudos to the caretaker.
This is not a pet friendly place or at least not for us. The original description said pets allowed and when I reviewed the listing it was changed to say $50 dollar fine for bringing pets. I have to say we offered to leave but host was gracious and said we could stay.
This is a great stopping off point for a quiet two people couple. It was also
