Hipcamp allowed the Unhip hungover wife of a Camper pair to post INACCURATE Negative Review(s) on us so we are going to do our best to MOST CLEARLY state and outline our provisions and our requirements for copascetically hosting guests. We can not allow visiting animals or pets on the property. Please do not bother to inquire with us if you plan to be traveling with them. We have a small Landscape Nursery half a block off of Jupiter Farms Rd. We are not a retail operation. Jupiter Farms Nursery provides Vocational and Residential Rehabilitation for specially abled young adults who are developmentally delayed and or on the Autism Spectrum. Donations are welcome! Our setting is very natural and relaxing with often wildlife abound. The RV spots are mostly on hard packed 3/4" Gravel Limestone rocks and adjacent to our Landscape Nursery, our pool, or our private Natural Cypress Head Wetland. Quietly visit our short Cypress Head Wetland Nature Trail here during daylight hours from Sunrise to Sunset. Please keep all Noise Levels, including Voices, Down during your stay in respect of others around and especially in respect of our neighbors as Sounds carry loudly out here in the air of our Pines Scrub and Wetlands. PLEASE do not roam the property beyond your own Campsite and the areas we describe as accessible for you. Be sure to CALL and/or TEXT to address, answer, or confirm any issues or questions which may arise with you At Any Time, Day or Night. We're only 1.5 miles to Publix Shop Center, Fuel, Hardware, Bank, Restaurants, etc. Jupiter Farms Community Park 1 mile, Riverbend Park 3 miles, I-95/Turnpike 5 miles. Hookups for 2-15AMP, 2-30AMP and 1-50AMP Service. Site 1 Poolside Stubby, Site 2 Poolside Long, Site 3 Palmside/Pool Skinny, Site 4 Palmside Skinny or Not, Site 5 30AMP Palmside/Nursery Chlorinated Non-potable Well Water available on a fill up basis. Used Water Dump is available by $10.00 Fee per sewer dump All Well Water hose and Sewer connections must be removed after each approved and scheduled use. Check in: after 1:30 p.m. Check out: by 11:00 a.m. and strictly adhered to Gates are Kept Closed at All Times except for scheduled initial entry upon arrival. Guests will let themselves in and out during stays. Gates must be closed behind you please. Final Exit upon Departure by the Prescribed Checkout Time will be monitored by us. Call and text to confirm your scheduled departure. If you are requesting approval for a stay, be sure to include a Description of your Coach or Camper and All Vehicles, #of Campers and their ages or age ranges. Please Confirm you'll have No Pets or Animals. Check in: after 1:30 p.m. Check out: by 11:00 a.m. Our Sites are hard packed Limestone and Adjacent to our Landscape Nursery, or our pool, and our isolated Natural Cypress Head Wetland and short Nature Trail. PALMSIDE, POOLSIDE, ADJACENT are ALL BASICALLY THE SAME AND ARE ALL INTERCHANGEABLE. They're all GREAT SPOTS one way or another. Promise! Nearby Publix Shopping Center, Fuel/Convenience Store, Hardware, Bank, Restaurants etc at only 1.6 miles. To Jupiter Farms Community Park 1mi. To Riverbend Park 3mi. I-95/Turnpike 5mi. 2-15Amp, 2-30Amp, 1-50Amp Service. Electric service is 50+feet away so you will likely need appropriate electrical extension. No electric heaters please. Site 1 Poolside Stubby $45./day Site 2 Poolside Long $50./day Site 3 Palmside Skinny $45./day Site 4 Palmside Skinny or Not $45./day Site 5 Palmside/Nursery $45./day Chlorinated Well Water available free for fill ups. Used Water Dump available onsite at Site 1, 2, 3 & 4 $10/per dump scheduled drop Cable TV Box available $5/day; $20/wk. WI-FI is available but not guaranteed. Bring your own Bottled Potable Water for drinking and cooking. Jugs of water up to 5 gallons are available at our local Publix Supermarket. Generator running on the property is limited to 2 hours per day between the hours of 9-11am and 2-4pm.

Site 1 Poolside Stubby

Jupiter Gem (Best Kept Secret)

Joshua and his family were amazing! We loved the privacy and we always felt safe and welcome. The property has plenty of room and plenty of vegetation to feel in nature. Easily accessible to both I-95 and the FL Turnpike, it's an ideal spot for exploring the area. Definitely booking again!

Poolside or Palmside RV Camping

Hipcamp experance.

As soon as I came in the gate I was told I came in the wrong gate (there weren’t any signs) I am lead thru a masse and parked in the owner’s driveway next to his house facing a large trash pile, we payed for a full hookup and was told we can have power only till we needed sewerage and water but only to dump tank or to fill water tank then disconnect hoses , our first day out we get a test that our air needs to be in off or cycle when we are not there , as my gray tank go near full I seen Jeff in the yard I go over and let him know I need to drain my grey water he tells me not to walk up to him that I need to test or call on the phone to ask for thing I may need, the sewer was so far away I had to buy another hose to reach to his house sewer drain, as my water tank got low I ask for water the water was yellow and had a smell. This was an awful experience.

Poolside or Palmside RV Camping

It was our first time staying with a hip camp. We spent two weeks there. I can honestly say it was better than we had expected. The host respected our privacy and we respected his. I liked the site that we were in better than the poolside site. It was safe, quiet and level. It provided the essentials. The hosts made sure that we were comfortable. It was a nice touch waking up and finding blooming potted shrubs around camp. Jupiter Farms is a lovely area I would enjoy staying there again

Nous avons eu une belle expérience mais la distance avec un autre roulotte n étais pas prévu. Nous aurions aimé avoir l adresse exacte. Autrement Jeff a vraiment bien réaménagé notre site . On a vraiment apprécié. Belle végétation, beau site . Près de tout .

This sight was not what was in the description and we didn’t feel welcomed. We were pressured to leave, rushed because they were locking the property. On a 1 to 5 scale, 1 low, 5 high we give it a 1.
