Quiet parcel connected to a private home, 45 yards from the Atlantic Ocean and boat ramp access available. This location perfect for paddle boarding, swimming and fishing. Beach and play water area at that beach park. Shaded areas for sitting. Can accommodate up to a 38 foot trailer and undercover parking for vehicles. Commercial Gas grill available for use as well No sewer connection but there is water connection on site- 110 power would be included.This is an ideal location for those whom want to experience the Florida keys close to the water. There is undercover parking for golf cart and one for a car. There is water and electricity available. This is a 4 year old seasonal home that is ONLY used by the owner, meaning no others will be there except the tenants. Not interested in one night rentals, unless it is known party. Seeking one week more at a time or seasonally preferred. There is a landing areas for a table if desired and a LP commercial grade grill on site.

Nice quiet neighborhood, park nearby and great location. Easy hook up for electric and water, would definitely recommend.

This site is located in a nice neighborhood just feet from a beach front park. Parking is along side of a house so it’s not private but we enjoyed our visit. The host was friendly and recommended some great restaurants. We would definitely go there again!

Most Helpful HipCamp Host Evah!
James was super welcoming and really went out of his way to assist (I had some electrical issues - Mine alone, nothing wrong with the site). Site is convenient, water & electrical ... great neighborhood. Some party-noise on the weekend, but all calmed down before late night and the rest of the week was very quiet (I work remotely in my van). Plus, the area is so cool. Literally steps from an adorable Oceanside park.

Location, location, location
Wonderful setting just off the ocean where the Sunrises are spectacular. Harry Harris park is well worth the time. A tidal pool to enjoy some swimming or snorkeling. Everything the Keys has to offer is at your fingertips. James is a wonderful host that guided me to establishments that I have not frequented in the past. Food, ambience, and sunsets are what makes the Keys so special. If you are around on Thursday nights go to the Key Largo American Legion. Open microphone night that is wildly entertaining. There are many great musicians in the area that come out and jam. I would not hesitate to visit James again.
