We are a one acre site, surrounded by 5 acre tracts. Our site  boarders heavy vegetation on three sides  with frontage on Cove Road. The site has a home that's been divided into two units, a five bay covered RV garage and a five bay enclosed warehouse all of which support our General Contracting Business. Ron, who lives in the rear unit, is the onsite contact guy and if his older white pickup truck is there then he is around.

Settlers Cove
10/10 - Quiet, relaxing & safe stay
Upon arriving at Settlers Cove we were greeted and told where to park. We have a 45’ class A and it was no problem getting in and out. The owner of the land, Fran was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. There are hookups and even a dump-site so that’s an added plus. We’re about a 2 minute drive away from US-1 where we could find everything we’d ever want or need, a 5 minute drive to Port Salerno where you can fish or dine on the water, and a 10 minute drive to downtown Stuart, which is the cutest setup of quaint shoppes, restaurants and galleries. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely be back again. Five stars! Thank you, Fran!!

Homesteaders Cove
It’s a safe spot with water and power. You can dump your tanks into their septic when you are leaving. There’s a lot of “stuff” in the yard. You are not paying for the ambiance here. The parking spot is between a large RV storage building and the properties chain link fence. Everyone was very pleasant.

Homesteaders Cove
Looks can be deceiving. Thumbs up!
It is a business that does metal salvage, so you might be scared off by apperance. The hosts were kind and accommodating. Other than the church bells nearby, it was a quiet area. (The bells are actually kinda cool, we were there for DST change and there system got messed up and went off at 3am. I am guessing they are fixed now.)There is plenty to do in the area, we liked the beach and the oceanographic center.
Location
